Spacious double room in cosy house Burley

Hi there!
I currently have a room free to move in with me in my lovely house in Burley. It has a shared living room and is on a quiet street that is still close enough to Aldi! The house is technically unfurnished but it already has furniture in the living room and I’m happy to talk about keeping some of the furniture in your room if you wanted. There is a washing machine and basement for storage.
I’m an actor and musician so looking for someone who is happy with music in the house (obviously not at wild times). I also enjoy crafts, cooking and getting outside.
I’d love to live with someone who wants a nice space they’ll take care of.
