**ROOM AVAILABLE FROM MAY 17th ONWARDS**

We are three in a four bedroom house, looking to rent out the fourth room in an easy-going houseshare! We have a nice mix of creative, adventurous and active hobbies/interests, so there's always something to talk about. Shared cooking as a treat is also a bonus (but never expected)

Shared lounge/kitchen/bathroom, with the available bedroom situated on the first floor of the house. Bathroom is on the second floor, at the top of the house

Bills are split four ways, roughly amount to £110 for each housemate per month (energy/water/council tax/wifi) - Council tax is Band A

Please note this is an LGBT friendly household. Vegans and vegetarians warmly welcomed to enquire, but please be aware current housemates eat meat. Smokers are ok, but we smoke outside only

Also important to add that there is a cat who lives in the basement room, but she is very shy and rarely comes into the shared spaces - however she is very sweet and meows like a little pixie!
