Double ensuite room, bills inclusive

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st July. It’s an ensuite room in a 5-bed house.

Rent is £625 per month, bills included, with a £250 deposit.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I need to exit the contract due to starting a new job that is quite far from the property location.

The pictures attached are screenshots from videos I took during the viewing, as SpareRoom doesn’t allow full video uploads.

The house has two living rooms. One on the ground floor and a smaller one right next to the available room.
