My current housemate and good friend is about to go travelling, so I'm looking for a new person to share the house with me and my cat.

My current housemate is flexible with the move out date as she can stay with family locally with a bit of notice.

I work in an office in Leeds Monday-Friday as a civil servant, occasionally working from home. I like to keep a balance of hobbies/socialising and downtime. I'm into gigs, walking, art projects, reading, aerial hoop, nature, various active hobbies.

My cat is 12 and loves a lap to sit on. She mostly hangs out in the living room and in the garden.

It would be nice to share with someone who's also up for the occasional film night/dinner, maybe even badminton buddy.

I like to stay on it with keeping the place nice and clean, it would be great if that's you too.

I've been in the house 5 years and the location really is great. There's a bus stop at the end of the street and we're walking distance to Asda/Aldi.
