6 bedroom, 2 Bathrooms between 4 floor, pleasant living room with a corner couch, microwave, washing machine, wireless Internet (60mg-fast), fire alarms and security house alarm.

THE ROOMs/PRICE/BILLS/DEPOSIT

I have a small room available with built in wardrobe, desk and a small double bed. Price is £250

All bills included (Council tax, water, TV License, Internet). Gas/Electric is paid by you. I handle the bills to make sure no foul play occurs. New energy saving boilers have been installed and a good cheap tariff the house is on. Expect to pay around 20/25pm summer and 35/40pm in winter

Bond is 250

As the landlord, I always try to make sure I get the right chemistry in the house. Everyone is of a similar ilk with a wicked sense of humour whilst work full time. Mixed gender, currently 4 people in - Andy (22), Emily (27), Sean (28),Helen (25)

THE LOCATION & AMENITIES
Fantastic position in Burley! It™s just off one of the main roads in Leeds (Kirkstall Road) and has easy access to the city centre via bus stops just by the house.
As for amenities you can find a Asda/Iceland/Greggs around twenty yards from the house! Also two minutes walk from Fitness First gym and Goals Soccer centre. If you can strain yourself an extra 3 min walk then you will be greeted with a retail park including Vue cinema. Headingley centre is only a fifteen minute walk away
