5 bedroom House Share, Burley, Leeds

This house comes with a living room that is furnished with 2 sofa's, a dining table and a coffee table, it is quite a spacious living room. The kitchen is recently furnished and very new and very nice, it comes equipped with 10 cupboards, 2 ovens, 2 fridges and a microwave. Other appliances like toaster, kettles, etc are supplied by other house mates and are willing to share. There are 2 bathrooms one coming equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and the other one being a simple toilet and sink bathroom. There are 3 floors in the house containing 4 university students, all very nice people. The bedroom comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, chester draws and a desk and chair which is very helpful, in my opinion I thought it was the best room out of the 5 because it was on the first floor along with the bathroom and only 1 floor away from the kitchen, its also very spacious. The house its self is situated in the heart of Headingley just across the road from the Carniege stadium home of the leeds rhinos and yorkshire cricket team. It is also a brisk walk to the main shopping centre and bus station. If you attend either Leeds Met, University of Leeds or the leeds college of music it is walkable but it is about a half hour walk which isn't too bad. It also has a train station 2 minutes away which is cheap and convenient for getting in and out of the city centre. All bills (gas, electricity, TV license, etc) come with the rent itself. There is likely to be a small fee of £66 that the real estate company will charge but that is out of my hands and unfortunate. I had to pay a deposit of £100 when I signed the contract which is too bad considering what sound real estate agents will ask of you.
