We have 2 double bedrooms available from 1/2/17 in this fully furnished shared house which has recently been refurbished.

We are also now providing a cleaner for the communal areas - kitchen / bathrooms/ living room / stairs etc !!!

All bedrooms have a wardrobe, double bed, drawers, desk and chair.
The shared living room contains two sofas and coffee table with laminate floors throughout the house.
The shared kitchen has a fridge freezer, freezer , washing machine , dining table and chairs.
The house bathroom consists of bath, shower, sink and W. C.
There is also a separate shower room and separate W. C.

Rent includes gas, electric, water, council tax & broadband & a cleaner

The property is situated on a quiet leafy lane, within walking distance to Burley Park Train station and close to major bus routes.
