Double Room Available

Hi you lot... Welcome to Woodside Manor.
My housemate has recently moved out, so I've got a good sized double room available in a nice semi-detached house in Burley. I rent the property from a mate and sub-let the room.
The house is a little quirky but it's clean and tidy with plenty of space and a great garden for summer barbecues. Would be best if you're a cat lover, as I've recently adopted a rescue cat and he's still settling in, but he's super friendly and no trouble..
I'm a 41 year old currently single gay guy... sociable and easy to get on with, respectful of others' privacy, like to keep the place clean and try not to make too much noise.
I'm well into my fitness so spend a lot of time cycling, running or at the gym. Currently keeping busy with training for the Manchester marathon in April. I'm not a massive party animal any more, so weekends are usually pretty civilised.
The room is available on a monthly basis for as long as you want. It's the main bedroom at the front of the house, approx 4m x 3m.
