The room is a double, with double bed, wardrobes and desk. The dining kitchen is fully equipped and is a good size. Additionally the living room is a good size.
The price includes utilities and there is unlimited broadband.
There's two outdoor patios at the front and rear of the property. The property is clean and tidy. There's plenty of on road parking, and the property is approx 1 minute walk to the bus stop.
I am a live in landlord. I am a professional working generally 9-5 though some evenings as well. In the evenings I enjoy keeping active and often play golf/ squash.
