Housemate wanted for lovely shared house in Burley

A young professionals, a PhD student and a mature student (all female) are looking for a housemate to move into their beautifully renovated house in Burley.

We enjoy spending time together in the house, cooking, watching films and playing board games. We also have a secluded garden at the back – perfect for summer BBQs and tea parties! We are looking for a young professional or postgraduate student who has similar interests and doesn’t mind keeping things tidy.

The house has a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher. There is a south facing lounge with big bay windows and an electric fire for the winter. There are two bathrooms and a spare bedroom in the basement for visitors. Rent is £65 per week, excluding bills and council tax.
