Double room available in 4 bed house in Burley close to large Morrisons and new retail park, and 5 minutes walk from Headingley train station. A 5 minute walk to the nearest pub.

The house has 3 double rooms plus a single which is not let but instead is used as a guest room for friends and family of the tenants. The room on offer is on the first floor and looks out onto the front garden. This is the master bedroom and is nicely decorated, with a large bay window. A king size bed, large chest of drawers and wardrobe are included.

Current tenants are two professional British females. Naomi is 24 and works full time in a bar in the centre of Leeds. Lindsay is 23 and is a nurse at LGI. Both girls love Netflix binging, socialising and WINE!

The tenants would like to find someone who is a friend rather than just a housemate, to carry on the fun and friendly atmosphere the house currently has.

The house has full central heating, full double glazing, washer and tumble dryer, living room with leather sofas, communal TV, wireless broadband, interlinked smoke alarms and heat detectors, burglar alarm, terraced garden that gets full sun, lockable shed for bikes, off street parking.

The current tenants get along extremely well and look after the property and I am more concerned with getting the right person rather than letting the room to the first person who wants it and the current tenants will make the final decision.
