Female Housemate Wanted For Lovely 5 Bed In Burley

THE HOUSE

We have just signed up for a lovely, spacious 5 bed house (technically 7 but only want 5 people) on Burley Road - on the border of Burley/Kirkstall and also close to Headingley/ Hyde Park.

The house is spacious and attractive, and comes with a beautiful garden and terrace, large modern kitchen, big and comfortable open plan lounge/ dinning room and 6 decent sized bedrooms.

We love the house and signed up for it despite needing an extra person - however we do need the 5th person to join us soon in order to comfortably afford the contract. Unfortunately no one that we know is looking at the moment, so we are looking to recruit someone from elsewhere.

THE ROOMS

There is a choice of room available to whoever ends up moving in, the other will be used as a spare room for storage or whatever we decide when we have settled in:

- A ground floor en en-suite double bedroom which backs onto the kitchen
- A ground floor standard double room which backs onto the living room

All bedrooms are fully finished including bed/desk/wardrobe/chest of drawers.

Either room will be £290 pcm + bills
There will be a £300 deposit + 1 month rent payment required upon moving in.
£97 application fee through the letting agent.
References/ guarantor will be required for letting agent

We all like to have fun on some weekends, but also appreciate it being chilled out and fairly quiet in the week as we have work.

We're quite a social group in that we eat together a fair bit and hang out in the evenings & some weekends and would prefer someone on a similar level. That said we all have our own stuff going on and so don't live in each others pockets.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Professional or mature student
Preferably female (to even out the ratio but not essential)
Likes to hang out from time to time
Pulls their weight on cleaning, bills etc.
Generally a nice person
