A double room in a large house in burley, a 5 minute walk from the transport links of Kirkstall road.
I am having to relocate due to work commitments.
A double room, with laminated flooring, a desk, large window and lots of built in mirrored storage.
£282 rent a month, plus £65 for bills. One months rent will be required when you sign the contract as a deposit, and one months rent payable on the day you move in.
The house has a drive, large bathroom and kitchen and a conservatory which is used as a dining room.
The other 2 girls are 21 and 24 one a mature student and one a young professional. They're both sociable and up for a glass of wine in the weekday or a night out at the weekend.
