Looking for a new house mate!!

I am looking for a new housemate as mine needs to move out. I'm a happy easy going girl going into my final year at Leeds Met. I love meeting new people and am easy to get along with. I enjoy chilled out nights in but also like to go out. I have a house cat so must be a cat lover and just someone who I can get on with really :) it's a nice large 2 bedroom house which was knocked in from a 4 bedroom just a few months ago. Very large double rooms with laminate flooring, large modern kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom both with showers, big living room (laminate flooring to be put in at Christmas) There is also a little patio area at the front where you can sit and have BBQ's.
