Furnished Double Room In Young Professional House

We have one furnished room available in a newly refurbished mid-terraced house.
The room is light and comfortable, and occupies the top floor of the property.

The communal areas of the house are well kept and very homely. The street is cobbled and residential with a park 50 meters away. We also have the sunny aspect - a massive bonus!

We are two young professional guys, one being the live in landlord. We have both been living in the area for 10 years. Ideally we'd like a female housemate; from experience a mixed house has a much better social dynamic.

We live in a social environment, and enjoy communal cooking/ relaxing/ wine midweek, and a few drinks and the odd night out at the weekend. Incidentally we are both smokers, but we smoke outside.

The price of the room includes council tax and broadband. Gas, water and electricity are shared as communal expenses.
