2 people wanted for modern 5 bedroomed property

Me and my friend are wanting to move into a 2 bedroomed property. The property we are currently living in is a stunning, modern five bedroom house that has recently been refurbished. We moved in as part of a house share and the three guys we currently live with are from Ireland and they are great lads, unfortunately however my friend has had some personal issues which has made living people she doesn't know very difficult.
