- 1 ensuite basement double bedroom (let/not available)

The room available is located on the first floor of the house and shares the bathroom with the 2 female housemates. It comes furnished with everything you need as follows:
- double bed & mattress (with storage underneath)

- wardrobe
- large chest of drawers
- desk & chair.

The monthly rent includes all bills as follows:

- council tax
- TV licence

- communal cleaner once a month.
