Unfortunately, as I need to leave Leeds due to personal family matters, my large en suite room is available from the 01/03/2018. A bit earlier if necessary!
The room is in the basement (very warm) with its own en suite (shower).
The room comes with bed (obviously a mattress too haha), mattress protector, plenty of clothes storage, an extremely large desk and two book shelves!
You would be living with 2 guys and 2 girls who are all professionals and an awesome bunch of people to live with and be mates with!
The property is on a quiet road in Burley, 20 minutes walk from the city. Bus stop is 2 minute walk away and 5 minute walk away from Kirkstall retail park which has cinemas, Tesco, Aldi etc.
You can also park on the road outside for free.
Id say the bills in total come to less than £60-50 per month, sometimes less.
It’s a very relaxed house. Quite quiet and a really nice atmosphere.
Unfortunately the Eeyore teddy does not come with the room!
