This is an animal loving house with a dog (cocker/poodle) and big ginger cat. The dog stays downstairs and both pets would stay out of your room. It’s essential that you love animals because they are a big part of my home and they will make you love them..
About the Room:
The room is large with desk, double bed, wardrobe, mini Fridge, small sofa. option to add own TV. All bills are included.
Shared use of kitchen, and bathroom. there is a small yard/garden. parking is on the street.
There is a secure bike storage shed. The house is 10-15 mins walk from the train station and just 20 mins into Leeds.
About Me:
I’m a working professional and work out of the house 4 days per week managing an eco shop and I work from home one day per week as a nutritional therapist,. My spare time is filled with dog walks, cooking, crafts, keeping active and growing my business. I love to socialise but usually do this away from home so the house is calm and peaceful without many visitors. I often go away on weekends.
About You:
Looking for someone quiet and respectful and tidy who loves animals,. I would prefer if you were a vegetarian / pescatarian since I don’t cook meat. Open to mature students and professionals. If you work from home, there is high speed internet and a dog to keep you company. I would prefer that you don’t bring visitors to the house due to the pets.
