One other double bedroom is lived in by my son who is 20 yrs old, a very tidy, working professional.
The small bedroom is a store room.

Just a few mins walk to the train station with a regular (every 30mins) train to Leeds. And close to village parks, river, the beautiful moor & local coop shop.

Rental for a fully furnished Double Bedroom & use of the whole house & garden (but not the other two bedrooms).
Can use bed linen and towel if needed.

Double bedroom furniture includes - curtains, Double bed, open wardrobe, 1 bedside cupboard, 1 dresser & 1 chest of drawers.

Modern Smeg appliances, howdens modern kitchen with all utensils, pans, & crockery included.
