1 spare Double Bed room to rent (£450)

I have 1 spare bedroom to rent in my home at Lindsey Road, Leeds. The room is furnished with bed, dresser and cupboard. All BILLS (Council Tax, Water, Electric, Gas, Wifi and TV) included in the rent. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. It is 7 minutes by walk to the Coach Station and City Centre and 12 minutes by walk to the train station.

I am staying with my wife and a 2years old daughter, so Ideally, I’m looking for someone (preferably Indian) who is gentle to stay at least 3 months, a non-smoker, non-drinker and preferably vegetarian. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
