Small double room for rent

The room is not big like a double room but bigger than a single, will be okay for a single young person .comes with a double bed wardrobe ,dressing table and inner wardrobe ,it’s available anytime to move in .its 3 minutes to the bus stop and 15 minutes walk to city centre ,3 minutes walk to the gym and has three African shops and other shops around . I want a very clean and neat person to live as I’m also a clean person ,I’m looking for someone i can be friends with .a cool and jovial person .Can view anytime also come let’s buddy up .
