This is a very spacious three bedroom house, two rooms I use for my bedroom and office. The office is large enough to be shared by someone else if required. Only me living here as a tenant currently and in need of one other housemate. Cosy living room, kitchen and roommate will have their own bathroom on their floor (as I have my own upstairs) but this is shared for use of the bath.

Living room has old style gas burner for winter evenings. All bills included (internet/gas/electric/water/council tax- no TV licence).

No need to buy any kitchenware - washing machine/ dryer/dish washer and other appliances such as smoothie maker/juicer/coffee grinder to use.

Very large shared communal garden with garden furniture. Beautiful spot and very peaceful area- lots of greenery and cute quintessentially British amenities in the local village. Very close to Horsforth and Kirkstall and great transport links for access to Leeds and motorways.

Looking for an independent professional who is relatively tidy and friendly :)
