Room 2 is furnished with a king sized bed. Large wardrobe, chest of draws and large wall mounted TV. It has an en-suit bathroom and is approx 3m x 5m with lots of natural light. Facing west.
IN THE AREA:
5 mins away is Calverley woods which are great for dog walking and provides access to the canal towpath, taking you all the way into town (9 miles - great for cycling to work without going on the roads!). There is a post office/corner shop a minute away and a friendly pub opposite. A very large Sainsburys is 0. 7 miles away making it walking distance. There is also a Costa, Homebase and Matalan close by. Leeds Bradford Airport is 20 mins away and Calverley is NOT on the flightpath so no plane noise (unlike Kirkstall etc).
