Calverley is a beautiful village with a great community feel but only a 20-25 minute drive to the centre and a 2 minute drive to the ring road. It is perfectly placed for commuting to both Leeds and Bradford, but feels like a country village. Most residents park on the road, but there is a secure garage that can be used for off street parking if you wish.
The best room in the house is the beautiful through living diner that is bright at all times of the day and has plenty of space for entertaining and chilling out.
The bathroom is modern and has Italian style tiles and bright white fittings.
The kitchen is houses the washing machine and there is also a tumble drier in the garage.
There are front and rear gardens perfect for barbecuing in the summer.
I am offering a 6 month contract with the first months rent up front.
I have a very calm older tabby cat who keeps herself to herself. She has lived with a well behaved dog previously but is very intolerant of other cats so cat owners unfortunately wouldn’t work.
Couples are more than welcome, my last tenants were a couple and it worked perfectly for me. This would increase the rent to £600
