Large double bedroom walking distance to station

I am renting out the large double bedroom on the first floor of my house. The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, small shower room, and a small garden.

The house is less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and trains take about 20 minutes into the centre of Leeds.

I am planning on getting a cat soon so you must be ok with a cat in the house.

I am vegan and would prefer another vegan or vegetarian to stay in the house as I don't want meat to be cooked in the kitchen.

Someone sociable would be a good fit who might like to join the occasional boardgames night or other social events in the house.
