Vetting Process:

We will require 2 forms of ID (either 2x photographic or 1x photographic and a utility bill)- this is to prove you have the right to rent in the UK.

For your income to be at least 3x the annual rent- if the rent is £560 PCM, the annual rent is £6,720 and your income would have to be at least £20,160 per year. We would need see 3 months works of bank statements or payslips. You are not obliged to provide this and as an alternative, we can discuss guarantor options.

References from previous landlords- we would look to have 2 references but understand not everyone is in the position to provide these. We can discuss other options, such as employer references.
