Room for rent in Castleford

I am looking for someone to rent my single room. It's a nice sized single room, enough room for a double sized bed, drawers/wardrobe. I work unsociable hours out in Leeds so majority of time you'll have your own peace and quite, when I'm home, I'm generally prepping my uniform for work, out of the house spending time with my kids, or sleeping from night shifts. I live a 15 minute walk away from Xscape, there's shops/local amenities all around the area.
All I ask for is someone to clean/tidy after themselves & pay each and every month on time and the right amount, no IOU's.

Room size: 10feet long by 6feet wide, better pictures to follow once old lodger removes his drawers DVD rack and clothes from behind bedroom door
