Single bedroom to let in my beautiful four bedroom home. The house is in a lovely, quiet residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Casleford - approximatley 3 miles from Castleford and Pontefract town centres. All bills included (gas, electricity, water, broadband, council tax - reasonable use of gas and electricity applies). Shared use of bathroom , kitchen, utility, dining room, lounge, garden and garage. Ideal for A1, M62 and M1 motorway networks, also has good rail and bus networks. Within walking distance of the Xscape leisure centre and J32 shopping.
Must like dogs as I have two Labradors. I am flexible with regard to age but must be clean, tidy, polite and friendly.
