Off road parking to the front, there is a garage but is used for storage. There is a good sized front room, dining area and small kitchen with all appliance's that you might need, a down stairs toilet and a good sized shared bathroom with shower and bath. Two single rooms or a double room with en-suite to choose from. Internet is included. All bills included, except the extra Council tax and food/drink. I work in Education so am home weekends but I'm pretty easy going. I do have pets, cats, rabbit and a snake. If you have children, I am quite alright with them staying in the other room, occasionally but we could discuss that.
