This is a two bedroom house and this advert is for the double room on the ground floor. The room has fitted wardrobe and is furnished with double bed, chest of draws and bedside table. The house has a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and ample garage storage space.

The current housemate is a professional female working 9-5. Looking for ideally a female roommate, pets considered (no dogs, but cats welcome). Bills are not included but are shared equally between tenants and should not exceed average household bill costs. There will also be a small admin cost of £50 for drawing up contracts.
