The house is in approx 10 mins walk to the trendy Chapel Allerton high street with restaurants / bars etc. Parks close by. Area is serviced by regular buses going into into the city centre which takes about 15 minutes - or about 5 pound Uber journey.

Persons must be employed, friendly, clean and normal.
I love seeing friends, chats, watching documentaries, doing DIY, and gardening. My favourite drink is red wine and love almost all food. I'm a construction Engineer.
