The house is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Chapel Allerton and a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre. Chapel Allerton has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.

My name is Rik and I am an electrician working in and around the Leeds area, I am clean and tidy. I like listening to music, socialising and good food with friends. I'm looking for a like minded easygoing, sociable person to live with.

The bedroom is quite large and available furnished/unfurnished, new Ikea mattress. There is a shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen/dining area.

There is also a lovely small south facing garden and patio area which gets the sun throughout the day. I hang up a hammock and have a built in BBQ.

All bills are included, Council tax, Gas / Electricity, Water, TV and Wi-fi. I will consider pets.
