Great value double room with en suite shower

I bought my first house in 2018 and have spent the time since with a range of housemates. I have lived in all three bedrooms in the existing build and will be moving into the extension, leaving the smallest room as a spare.
Personally I am quite social so it would be great to occasionally have someone I can spend time with in the evenings but I’m pretty happy in my own company too. I currently live with another couple Alex and Beth, who have been in the house for over a year now and both work full time also.

…is at the end of a 6 month £100k renovation and has benefited from a brand new kitchen, upgrades to the electrics, a new boiler and central heating system (including a nest thermostat).

... fridge/freezer space for all renters with plenty of cupboard space and general storage. downstairs loo, washing machine, gardens to front and rear, on street parking

...is located approximately 30 mins walk from the town centre and 10 minutes walk to Chapel Allerton. (15 mins into town by bus, 5 min walk and 10 min bus ride.

Cat lovers preferable as you would also be sharing with my RSPCA rescue named Alfred (see photo) and one year old kitten Pablo.

THE RENT...
... includes all bills, good speed fibre optic wifi. Would require two months of rent up front alongside the deposit. 1 month notice period for leaving.

Viewings will generally need to be in the evenings due to my current work hours. I am looking for someone who will respect my house and everyone and thing in it. Who likes a drink occasionally. Ideally working full time, most of which is not from home.

The house is due to be completed by the end of October, the right housemate however can move in earlier or later than the start of November.
