Heyo!
We have a double room available in our 4 bedroom house in Chapel Allerton. The room comes with a chest of drawers, a clothes rail and a bed/mattress. The house has a really large kitchen and separate living room, along with good sized bathroom and big basement (one of the basement rooms has been converted in a pub for lockdown).
The current household includes Dougal the doctor/DJ, David the PhD student and Alice, the tech marketing person? not too sure what she does tbh. The house is really close to Aldi, Lidl and Tesco with many pubs including a Spoons less than 100m away. It's close to town, being a 30 min walk 10min bus or a 15 min cycle! There's also free on-street parking right outside the front door.
Looking for someone who doesn't take things too seriously, can have a laugh and loves a good chat over a cuppa or a pint. The house is generally very sociable and everyone loves to hang out but we're also all very respectful of each other's space. So basically just looking for someone to join the fold.
Rent should come in around 320 each per month incl bills.
