Double room in Chapel Allerton Terrace

The room available is a double with a large window that gives lots of natural light. There is a spare room that can be used for guests to stay in, but that you can also use for storage.

Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There's a paved garden but also a really nice communal garden that's run by a neighbour.

The house is right next to Gledhow Valley Woods and is a ten minute walk from Chapel Allerton where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and independent shops (grocer, no waste shop).

I like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and making wine. I have an allotment so there's a good chance of receiving surplus veg (I've got more courgettes than I know what to do with at the moment).

Ideally looking for a vegetarian or vegan, although this isn't a necessity and for someone who is friendly and relatively clean and tidy.
