Large room - Chapel Allerton

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Chapel Allerton as I’m moving in with my boyfriend in December - very sad to be leaving as I’ve lived here over a year!

It’s a large master bedroom with Juliet balcony available end of November. The room comes furnished with a large wardrobe, comfy double bed and a set of drawers! Lovely 3 bedroom duplex apartment in an end of terrace house. 5 minute walk to the centre of chapel Allerton with lots of lovely bars and restaurants as well as being over the road from a supermarket- very handy! Shared kitchen and living room with a dining / work from home area and downstairs toilet and off street parking, only sharing the main bathroom with one other housemate.

Both current housemates are really friendly and hang out on the evenings but happy to do their own thing. George is a barista and and Dan is a BT engineer.
