Double room with work from home space

I have a double bedroom available on a lovely cul-de sac in Chapel Allerton (5 min walk to the mustard pot, co-op and other amenities) with large wardrobe space and a shared bathroom.

There is a study with a desk if you require for work from home. I am a teacher so will be out most of the working day.

There is a decent sized, well maintained garden with furniture and a garage for storage.

There is a private drive way and it is a very safe local community. I am lucky enough to have lovely, reliable neighbours!

I have a cleaner that comes once every two weeks the price of which is included in the the price of the rent and all bills are are included as well as internet.

I am a live in landlord who is pretty flexible in terms of dates for moving in and length of rent. I have two British Short- haired house cats (Freddie and Luca) they are extremely chilled out and loving.
