My current flatmate is moving in with a friend so I need a new flatmate to move in with me. He is handing his notice in on 2nd February so the flat will be available from 3rd April although he would like to move out at the beginning of March so there may be availability for you to move in earlier.
I live in a 2 double bedroom apartment in the centre of Chapel Allerton. I've lived in Chapel Allerton for nearly 6 years and have been in this flat for 2 years. It's a 1 minute walk away from bars, cafes, pubs and supermarkets, and a 10 minute drive away from Leeds city centre.
I'm a laid back, friendly, chatty person who is good at keeping the flat clean and tidy. I'm looking for someone similar and who would enjoy spending time together in the flat - watching TV, Netflix or listening to music, and going out places too.
