We have a double bedroom, in a homely 4 bed house in Chapel Allerton, available from 2nd September.

Fab location 15 minute drive/20 minute bus journey to the city centre, or 10 minutes to Headingley. And just a short stroll to a large Lidl, Aldi, smaller Tesco and Co-Op, plus many lovely parks and bars in trendy Chapel Allerton.

Double room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers. There is space for a small desk.

The rest of the house has a good size sitting room, one bathroom and downstairs toilet (shared between three of us), kitchen and dining room that opens out to the garden.

There is lots of street parking at the front and a garage for extra storage. It's a non-smoking house.

Rent is £345 per month, bills are £123.50 per month (£468.50 total).

Housemates: We're 3 young professionals, we enjoy eating dinner together with some wine and TV in the evening and going on walks over the weekend, or out for food/drinks/gigs. You will be sharing with Lulu (27) a science teacher, Emily(26) a hospital pharmacist and Em (27) who is doing teacher training.
