Friendly Chapel Allerton House Share

Double bedroom available in a friendly house share in the heart of Chapel Allerton.

One of our housemates is moving back to Wales and we're looking for a fun and friendly person to fill the void in our hearts.

There are three of us remaining, one is an artist, one is in law and the other works in fashion and kitchens.. We're a friendly house and like to live in a social house where people feel able to relax and be themselves. You can find a selection of our interests in the 'interests' section, but you don't have to be into exactly the same stuff as us and in fact it's always nice to meet people who like different things. Our ideal housemate would be someone who is easy-going, up for a laugh and socially conscious.

The room has a double bed and space for a small desk...it is an attic room with plenty of potential and the landlords are quite easygoing if you prefer to decorate it in a different way.

The house is spread over three floors plus a basement. There's a communal lounge, large kitchen space and one bathroom. The available room is on the middle floor. During lockdown the house has been spacious enough for us to all live comfortably.

The property is located within walking distance from local supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl and the Co-op), shops, parks, cafes and bars.

There is a small garden to the front which could use a bit of TLC and a patio to the back. The neighbours are friendly, and the house is in a safe neighbourhood. There's free on-street parking and excellent transport links to the city centre.
