We're both quite active, I work quite long hours often at the weekend, I love to cook and exercise and ideally we're looking for like minded people. There's a shared living space, and the building is a large old farm house which has been converted into apartments, lots of windows so plenty of natural light and a decent, well equipt kitchen.

Chapel allerton as an area has great bus transport into the city and around Leeds & Harrogate, plenty of bars, restaurants and lovely walks!

The rent is £393 per month and all bills come to on average £100 each per month (electricity bills go up in the colder months due to what they call an energy crisis) the most the bills have ever been were £145 per tenant.
