Large room in chapel allerton

Hi there, I'm looking for a flatmate. I have a large dbl room in a 3 bed terrace that I am renting out. There is a fire place in the living room and fire pits on the patio. My bathroom was done two years ago, so is in good working order. The house is cosy and at the same time, a little worn in places. I have just had dbl glazing and insulation on the front side of the house which includes the dbl room for rent.

There is a washing machine in the house and wifi.

Lots of buses to the town centre in a short walking distance from the house 2, 3, 36, 48.

I'm a friendly and sociable person. I occasionally throw parties and have dinners. Otherwise, I enjoy cooking, yoga and reading so would prefer someone who is not too noisy. I like the kitchen to be clean so once something is used that it is then cleaned so that neither of us have to wash up prior to cooking.

I work from home some days, so I would like to share with someone who predominantly works at the office, not at home.
