Hi there,
I have one recently refurbished double bedroom to let in my house on Hawthorn Vale in the heart of Chapel Allerton. Available 22nd June. 2nd double room available from 1st July
Can be furnished /unfurnished /part furnished.

I'm a live out landlord and the property is a 4 bedroom terrace over three floors. I only let to a maximum of 3 people.

Current household is one female 31 a healthcare professional. They are looking for someone kind, clean, considerate and that wants to be friends with their housemates whilst also respecting private space :).

The housemates would like to meet you first so I'll pass on details of anyone suitable and take it from there.

The room is currently part furnished with a small double ottoman bed, new mattress and drawers.

There are two living rooms. The larger is currently being renovated but will be complete soon.

There’s also a small yarden space to the rear with table and chairs and washing line.

All the shops/bars/restaurants are a minute away. Chapel Allerton is on the bus route into town, about a 10 minute trip away.

All bills are included with fast broadband.
Kitchen has all the usual; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.
Bathroom has a large bath with powerful shower.
There's also a large cellar that has space for storage.

Parking is available on the street.

I don't tie-in with any contracts.
I'd prefer someone looking to stay for at least 3 months. I generally ask for at least a couple of months notice and would always offer at least the same to you.

If you cycle daily I don't really have the space inside for a bike, sorry.
