Housemate needed for house in Chapel Allerton

(This is initially a two month sublet with a contract renewal in January, preferably looking for someone who is looking to stay longer)

Our housemate is sadly moving down south for a new job so we are looking for another person to join our three bed house.

We’ve lived here for over two years and have loved the homely and peaceful feel to the house as well as its location (right next to a park and five minute walk to the centre of Chapel A’s bars, cafes and fabulous Aldi!). There’s a lovely back yard which gets the sun in the afternoon and where we have BBQs in the summer.

The room is a large room with a bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers and has a lovely view of the trees in the front.

We’re looking for a clean and tidy housemates who would like to make the house a home. It’s important to us to have housemates who would like to be friends and socialise (lots of good pubs and bars nearby!) but we do also have our own independent lives too.

Hannah is 29 and works for an arts charity and loves dancing, running, reading and going to gigs.

Victoria is 30, works in healthcare and enjoys art, boardgames and the outdoors.

If you are new to Leeds, it’s a 15-20 minute bus ride to the city centre.

This is a joint tenancy contract with Northwood lettings who required employment references and checks.
