One double room available in a 3 bed house

Hi, I’m looking for two people to join me in this 3 bed house in the Methleys (Chapel Allerton) as my current housemates are leaving in the summer. You don’t have to be in a pair to get in touch! :)

Room #1 is on the first floor and has a double bed, a wardrobe, and 3 drawers.

Room #2 is on the second floor and has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a large chest of drawers. It could fit a desk and chair if you needed to work from home.

The house has a large kitchen dining area, as well as a sizeable living room. We have a large fridge freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a shower and a separate large bathtub. There’s also some storage space in the bathroom should you need it.

In addition, there’s a small spare room which can been used as an office space if you put a desk in there, but is also great for hosting friends at the weekends :)

The location is fab - bars, pubs and supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Co op) are all within 5 minutes walking distance of the house. There's also plenty of on street parking space. There's a bus stop about a 2 minute walk away and the bus gets you into the city centre in about 15-20 minutes. There's also lots of great parks and woods around - perfect for running or going for walks!

Over the past years the house has had a very friendly atmosphere, so this is something I’d be looking to continue :) I’d be up for doing things together as a house (e. g. pub quizzes) but also respect that we’d have our own things going on. About me - I have an on off relationship with running (but do always love a parkrun!), and tend to watch more TV than I probably should!
