You'd be living in LS7 in a queer friendly home with three lovely humans aged 24-27 and a friendly black labrador called Luna. We hang out together often and private space/time is equally respected.
The house is a spacious 4 bedroom terrace with a large established back garden. (Those with a green thumb are particularly encouraged to apply!)
The available bedroom is a really good size and has an ensuite bathroom. Generally the house has a lot of space and we like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy.
Rent-wise, it's £435/month plus bills. (Probably around 550-600 all in)
