I am moving to London so I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my 1 bed flat in Chapel Allerton. It runs until the 01/12/2024, this can be renewed or extended.

Overall the place is great. Large open plan living room and kitchen. South facing living room which gets the sun pretty much all day.

Quiet apartment block full of professionals, parking is free right outside the entrance to the apartment block. Bills are low all year round, I think I have put the heating on in total around 5-8 times since moving in.

Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and the centre of Chapel Allerton all a 10-15 minute walk away. Easy access to city centre too with a short walk to the bus route that takes straight into the centre.
