We’re looking for one new female housemate to come and join us in our lovely two floor, three bedroom flat in Chapel Allerton.
The room available is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and two chest of drawers. It’s a really lovely room which gets a lot of sunshine during the day 🌞
The flat is split across two floors with the three bedrooms, kitchen and shower room downstairs. The large living/dining room and bathroom are upstairs. The two bathrooms come in handy if you are all wanting to get ready at the same time and the living room is great for hosting!
So a bit about us… we all met on SpareRoom and love an evening in front of the telly, a drink on the weekend or a coffee and chat so are looking for someone who likes to socialise too.
We all work full time in Leeds, a mix of home and office based. Theres space to work from home if needed.
We're very tidy and love to keep the flat nice so it's really important we find someone who is clean and tidy.
