We’re looking for one new housemate to come and join us in our lovely two floor, three bedroom flat in Chapel Allerton.
The room available is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and two chest of drawers. It’s a really lovely room which gets a lot of sunshine during the day 🌞
The flat is split across two floors with the three bedrooms, kitchen and shower room downstairs. The large living/dining room and bathroom are upstairs. The two bathrooms come in handy if you are all wanting to get ready at the same time and the living room is great for hosting!
So a bit about us… we all met on SpareRoom, and absolutely love the flat - we're still pals with all the girls who've lived here before and friendly with the neighbours too!! We love getting everyone together for a dinner party, pub quiz or some drinks on the weekends so are looking for someone who likes to socialise too.
We all work full time in Leeds, a mix of home and office based. Theres space to work from home, and we've just got new speedy wifi if you do!
We're very tidy and love to keep the flat nice. We're getting a new kitchen fitted this month so it may look slightly different once you arrive, but the space and appliances will all be there - just some shiny new cupboards! 🧼
Room available from 1st July at the earliest, so please let us know if you have any questions.
