Hello.

I currently rent a very large room in a luxury 3 bed flat share. Owing to my mother's health, I plan to move in with her in September. Therefore, I'm looking for someone to take over my existing contract.

My contract started on 15th of May, this leaves two & a half months from the end of August with the option of renewing on a fixed term contract afterwards - OR start a new 6-12 month contract upon moving in.

The property is situated in one of the best areas in Leeds (Chapel Allerton) with excellent transport links in all directions. Sainsbury's & Waitrose are within walking distance as well as all the popular shops/bars in Chapel Allerton. The room is massive & very well presented. It comes furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws & TV. High speed broadband throughout - the router is in my room.

The flatmates are Carl - works for the NHS & Cristina works at a local salon. Both are quiet & respectful & the house is kept clean and tidy. The property has storage at the rear for bikes - or anything else & an area to sit outside. There is a communal area in the hallway & a luxury kitchen & bathroom.
